Refund policy

Please contact us before requesting a refund as some items are not subject to exchanges. Email tony@bobandsheri.com to explain the problem. He will be provide you with options. Please read the information below carefully as most of our items are custom-made.

Returns and sizing: Many of our apparel items are made especially for you. We can replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, but we cannot exchange made-to-order apparel because the wrong size was selected. Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering. Different return terms may apply to books and other stocked merchandise. Please see below for details.

To start a return, you can contact us at tony@bobandsheri.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Now! Media, 834 S. Perry St., Castle Rock, CO 80104 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Clothing/Wearables:  These are custom printed items, and in general returns are not possible.

If the item is damaged or poorly made, please take a minimum of three pictures of the issue. Indicate in the photos where the problem is and send the photos to us. We will contact the manufacturer with the photos and request a refund. Once you receive the refund, you can re-order the item.

If the item is the doesn't fit: Please review the sizing charts and information about the item. If an item runs small or large, you will often see that in the product description. Unfortunately, we can not exchange wearables for sizing errors.

If you received the wrong size: Please take several photos of the item, including clear photos of the size tag and entire item front and back and send it to us. We will contact the manufacturer who will issue a refund.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
